This overview highlights the commitments on both sides of our partnership. Your contract may include additional schedules or data processing terms tailored to your deployment.

Customer responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with the policies of each connected marketplace
  • Provide accurate business information and promptly update ownership changes
  • Use automation features in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules

Service commitments

  • 99.5% uptime SLA for core automation services with credits for extended downtime
  • 24/7 incident response for trust and safety escalations
  • Regular product updates with change management notices delivered at least 7 days prior

Billing and termination

  • Monthly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime before the next cycle
  • Annual commitments include a 45-day opt-out if onboarding milestones are not achieved
  • We retain operational data for 30 days after termination unless you request deletion sooner
